Komodo Island is situated 200 nautical miles east of Bali between the islands of Florest and Sumbawa. Komodo´s symbol of international fame is it´s dragons, the world´s largest living lizard. Indonesia declared the area a National Park in 1980, and in 1992 Komodo was declared a World Heritage Site.
DAY 1 : Day 1 DENPASAR-LABUANBAJO-RINCA (-/L/D)
Morning flight to Labuanbajo. On arrival direct transfer to the harbor to get on board a local boat to Rinca Island. Afternoon trekking in Rinca Island to see the Komodo dragons and other wild animals. Dinner and overnight on boat.
DAY 2 : Day 2 RINCA-KOMODO-PINK BEACH-LABUANBAJO (B/L/D)DAY 2 RINCA-KOMODO-PINK BEACH-LABUANBAJO (B/L/D)
Early morning sailing to Komodo Island. After trekking to Banunggulung in Komodo Island to see the activities of Komodo dragons in their pure environment. Then proceed to Pink Beach for snorkeling and swimming. Lunch on boat. Afernoon return to Labuan Bajo and on arrival direct transfer to your hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant. Then onto your hotel for overnight.
DAY 3 : Day 3 LABUANBAJO-DENPASAR (B/-/-)
After breakfast our guide will take you to visit the local market and Batu Cermin cave before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Bali.
