DAY 1 :

Start in the morning at 09:00 from your hotel and drive along the west coast to Gilimanuk, then across to Java. See sleepy villages and the magnificent volcanic mountain rangers enroute to Probolinggo. Overnight accommodation at The Hotel Grand Bromo.

DAY 2 :

Your wake up call this morning is at 03.30 hrs in order to catch the spectacular sunrise (subject to weather conditions). The moonlit view of Bromo caldera and the smoking crater of Mount Bromo greet you on your approach, with the rising sun gradually revealing the contours of the mountains, and colours changing by the minute. Drive down to the crater floor with its desert-like terrain, and either hire a horse or walk to the steps which lead up to the rim of the volcano crater. Climb 250 steps to the top and look down info bubbling water, ash and sulfur inside the crater.

Return to the hotel for breakfast then travel from Java back to Bali.

Note :

Warm clothes are recommended for watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo. The journey is about 10 - 12 hours each way and the ferries are very basic, ask Dimension In Bali for detail.
